Negative Approach, 1981 yılında Detroit, Michigan'da kurulan Amerikalı hardcore punk grubudur. Vokalde John Brannon, gitarde Rob McCulloch, bas gitarda Graham McCulloch ve davulda Chris "Opie" Moore'dan oluşan grup, sert ve agresif müzik tarzlarıyla tanınır. Negative Approach, hardcore punk müzik sahnesinde etkili bir grup olarak kabul edilir ve 1980'lerdeki punk hareketinin önemli bir parçası olarak görülür. Grup, kısa ömürlü olmasına rağmen, hardcore punk müziğinin gelişiminde önemli bir rol oynamıştır.
